I certainly do like it because it’s annoying to try and gravity feed the pool water off my above ground pool through the vacuum process.. Over the course of time, I will build a cage with material that will filter whatever is going into the pool pump.

Had it on hand 2 days later it, was called into use and saved me from a disaster. Never had to worry about water in the house, until ,the neighbors put in pool and pitched water onto my property, normal rain handled very well since my yard is appropriately sloped but extreme rain had 6 inches or more of water everywhere. I used this and another pump to pump the yard into the street that was overflowing onto the sidewalk. Took a while but prevented the water from going into my basement.

unit was great, but too mush for our needs

Really there are no problems with this. I've used it twice to drain the pool and had zero problems. It sucked close to the ground Which means there is a whole lot less to bucket out. It looks great. Not sure if it's the fastest Suction, but it seemed to do really well to me.
