I love that this is stainless and not some cheap plastic like you always see advertised. The only thing better is cast iron but this one is strong with less weight. The float valve switches at approximately 36" of water so keep that in mind. Otherwise, you'll need to zip tie it to shorten it's mobility.

Complete under water for the first few hrs and worked exactly as expected. Cleared the space quickly and completely. Great peace of equipment.

This is the first stainless steel sump pump I have owned, and it was well worth it. I use it for emptying my spa and it did so with such efficiency, circulating the water to evenly distribute the heat, chemicals and filtration. It's made of durable stainless steel so corrosion from the spa chemicals is not a concern. My favorite feature is the Automatic float switch that allow for hands-free operation. No more dirty, wet hands. The pump is strong and can empty the hot tub quickly, so it has really cut down on the maintenance end of keeping a hot tub clean. This is a high-quality product that I highly recommend.

Luckily I have a smaller pump which allows me to use my garden hose. We get flooding here and we have an above-ground pool, so we have to rid excess water quite often. I like the floater that auto shuts it off when too low.
